This class is a one week course. The course schedule is 10 hours a day. A typical day will consist of minimal classroom time with maximum field time "Hands on".
This class will prepare the operator to perform the maintenance procedures of an HDD machine along with the MUD system components.
The following subjects will be covered:
- Mud pump rebuilds
- screen care and maintenance
- pm maintenance
- drill rod care and maintenance
- vice care and maintenance
- mud system troubleshooting
- machine walk around
- pull swivel care and maintenance
- drill screen navigation for settings
- locator screen navigation settings
- Safety
